Who am I? I like to help business answer the question: how can we improve the business situation through the strategic view of knowledge systems while improving profitability?
I am an international executive passionate about leveraging the power of knowledge systems through people (correctly assigning roles and responsibilities), process optimization and maturity, and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
What helps me do that? I have more than 25 years’ professional experience; worked in several countries; held numerous senior management roles; worked in all three sectors (private, public and Not For Profit); managed all of the major corporate functions (finance, ICT, compliance, human resources, information security, privacy, audit and legal); and hold a Master of Business degree in organizational communication, majoring in public relations and marketing.
Probably more importantly, I’m passionate about helping technology-focused businesses leverage the value of their operational and strategic resources.
